At SIFAA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward 7-day return and refund policy.

7-Day Return Policy

You may return any unused SIFAA product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition
  • The item must be in the original packaging
  • The filter cartridge must be sealed and not activated
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return please contact us:

Please include your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will process your refund within 3-5 business days:

  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refund via bank transfer or cash
  • Card payments: Refund to original card within 5-7 business days
  • Online payment: Refund to original payment method within 3-5 business days

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or activated filter cartridges
  • Products that have been installed and used
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required for defective items.

Return Shipping

  • Defective or wrong items: SIFAA covers return shipping costs
  • Change of mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for a different colour (Black or White) please contact us within 7 days. We will arrange the exchange subject to availability.
